The Proprietor, Simon Forrester has had over 30 years of experience working on a variety of automotive engineering trades. Serving his apprenticeship under renowned Australian automotive legend, Kevin Bartlett, Simon learnt from one of the industry’s best.

With 10 years of experience specialising in Porsches in Sydney’s finest workshops, Simon then began working in a high-end restoration workshop. It was here he gained valuable experience and a keen interest in completing mechanical restorations for a variety of collectable vehicles, ranging from E-Type Jags to Cadillacs.

Today, Simon proudly runs The Toymaker Classic Automobiles, known as one of the best car restoration services on the Northern Beaches.
